Enrollment Procedure

Registration can be made via the conference website; Full payment is required upon registration. No confirmation will be sent until Renewable Energy 2022 receives the full payment. Payment of registration fee will be in United States Dollar (USD).

Off-line Registration Procedure

Intending participants preferring to register offline please Email to: contact@renewableenergycongress.com, you will receive an Invoice for offline registration from the secretary of the conference. A Payment receipt will be sent after receiving the amount.


All cancellation requests should be submitted in writing (Email to: secretary@renewableenergycongress.com) to the conference secretariat. We charge 25% of the cancellation fee up to 4 months and 50% up to 1 month before 02 August 2022. No refund on cancellation received after this date.Refunds will be processed after the conference. Bank charges, including intermediate bank commission for cancellation refunds, should be covered by the participants/applicants.

Letter of Invitation

Conference Secretariat will provide an invitation letter upon request. This letter can be used only for the participant’s travel and visa arrangements.
